Change-of-mind returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused.
- In its original condition with all original tags and packaging.
- Free from marks, odours, hair, deodorant, makeup or other signs of wear.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned for change of mind once opened or tried on.
Sale items may be returned for store credit or an exchange unless otherwise stated. This does not affect rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Contact us if an item is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, damaged when received or incorrectly supplied.
For a major problem, you may choose a replacement or refund. For a minor problem, NAGYM may provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.
NAGYM will cover reasonable return postage when an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit Australian Consumer Law rights, which apply for a reasonable period depending on the product and circumstances.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Once a return is approved, you may request another available size or colour. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund where applicable.
Starting a return
Email [email protected] with your full name, order number, the item being returned, the reason for the return, and photographs if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Do not send an item before contacting us. Approved returns will receive instructions and the return address by email.
Proof of purchase
We may request proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, payment record or other acceptable evidence showing that the purchase was made from NAGYM.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. We recommend tracked return postage because NAGYM is not responsible for change-of-mind returns lost or damaged in transit.
